Do I need a credit card for an online reservation?
All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.
How much will I be charged at the time of booking?
The rate of the first night deposit is required at the time of booking. For Advance Purchase/ Pre paid reservations the full amount is due to guarantee the reservation.
What is the cancellation policy for the Broome NYC?
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of day of arrival subject to penalty of one night's room and tax. Please note a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for bookings longer than eight Nights.
How do I notify the hotel that I will be arriving after the check-in time?
Upon reserving there is a field that says Request & Extra information you have an option to enter your Arrival Information
How can I reserve a group of rooms together?
In advance please email the Operations Manager your details and she will quote you accordingly
Does the Broome NYC have handicap access?
Our Deluxe Junior Suites can accommodate handicap access, we also have a lift for wheelchair access from the ground floor up.
Will there be WIFI access at the Broome NYC?
Yes 24 hours - Upon check in you are provided with an Access Code for the Wi-Fi
Does the Broome NYC accept pets?
We do not accept pets.
Can you smoke in the rooms?
The hotel is non-smoking and a $500 charge will be applied to your account if there is
evidence of smoke in the room. You will also be responsible for any and all charges incurred for tampering with or setting of hotel fire alarms.
