The Broome SoHo NYC Guest Testimonials
Front desk was helpful with restaurant request and with extra pillows and blankets. Continental breakfast with Eduardo was an absolute treat! Eduardo made to order Lattes and Cappucinos and soft boil eggs with delicious Balthazar bakery items. Room was small but stylish and clean. Location was close to everything we cared about (SoHo and NYU) but still on a quiet street.
We stayed for 4 nights in a courtyard room and enjoyed the peace and quiet it offered us. With the street being so busy I thought the hotel would be noisy but far from it, we could not hear the New York noise!
The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, the room wasn't huge but the rest made up for it. Breakfast was fresh and healthy, the staff is friendly and the environment really peaceful and relax with a little courtyard if you wish to relax .
The bathroom products are nice, the daily chocolates yummy and they had gluten free bread for me whilst my husband enjoyed the pastries.
It is very central and we walked to the High Line, Chelsea market, Time Square, Battery park...
The subway is just around the corner and easy to use
We will be back next time we are in town
Not sure where to start!!

Our room was facing the busy road BUT we didn't notice the noise as the windows are triple glazed. No noise from other guest either!!!
This is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
Keep up the great work Broome we will return in the future I am sure. xx
I just visited The Broome for 7 nights with my husband and two children (aged 11 and 14) and we had the most wonderful experience we could have possibly wished for. Everything from the incredible service to the gorgeous decor to the scrumptious breakfast was perfect. It's taken me a couple of days to write this review because my family and I have been trying to think about what words we could use to describe a hotel experience that truly overwhelmed us. Natasha and John made us feel special during our entire stay and Sebastian made our breakfast experience sublime. This is an exceptionally well run boutique hotel oozing with class. I could not recommend it more highly.
On business for a few nights. Every moment I spent in the hotel was, unlike most hotels in NYC, a quiet oasis of R&R. Decent sized room for NYC, lovely amenities, spacious bathroom, nice view. What shocked me? No noise from the hallways, no noisy neighbors, not even much traffic noise from the busy entrance to the Hudson tunnel. My only complaint was low cold water pressure, and that doesn't' drop it down from five stars. Breakfast- croissants from Balthazar, fresh espresso, yogurt and a soft boiled egg- included? SCORE. Beautiful room, great staff- this hotel is more like being in Europe and in a great location, between subway lines and in the middle of SoHo. I saw some reviews that said amazing and figured I'd see for myself… it is a great choice, period. Keep up the good work!
The Broome ticks every box in my mind. It's in a perfect location. Right in the center of SoHo and close to Lower East side.. Bowery, Houston Street. Nolita... The hotel is hard to just walk past since it's very subtle from the outside. The reception is small and there's a cool little shop right by the entrance to buy some gifts, clothes, perfumes and more. The breakfast was really great and well prepared. The hotel is very small and intimate and that's what I really like about it. Very Non-New York -ish. Also, the have double glass windows so it's amazingly quite in the rooms. And, by the way the rooms are really good size being in this location. All in all. Perfecto!
We had an utterly delightful 3-night stay. The staff--everyone we encountered--was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The room was lovely (not large but certainly not small by New York standards) and well appointed. The continental breakfast was a far cry from the usual fare: fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee drinks made to order, incredible baked goods from Balthazar, fresh fruit, and copies of the NY Times to boot. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Manhattan.
