Yes, you will be provided access code upon check-in.

 

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes, we have a complimentary Parisian- inspired breakfast for all guests which includes: granola parfait, croissants, chocolate pastries, eggs to order, fresh fruit, smoked salmon, and variety of tea and coffee and much more!

 

Does The Broome charge a Destination Fee?

Yes, starting January 1st, 2024 any booking made after this date will be charged a destination fee.

 

What does the Destination Fee Include?

The destination fee includes complimentary:

  • Daily Breakfast Daily Coffee and Tea at The Cafe
  • Wi-Fi for multiple devices throughout the hotel
  • Locally curated Mini-Bar snacks
  • Complimentary water bottles and chocolate bar

What is the pet policy at The Broome?

We do not accept pets.

Can you smoke in the rooms?

The hotel is completely non-smoking and a $2,500 charge will be applied to your account if there is evidence of smoke in the room. You will also be responsible for any and all charges incurred for tampering with or the setting of hotel fire alarms.

 

Do I need a credit card for an online reservation?

All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.

 

How much will I be charged at the time of booking?

The rate of the first night deposit is required at the time of booking. For Advance Purchase/ Pre-paid reservations the full amount is due to guarantee the reservation.

 

What is the cancellation policy for The Broome NYC?

How do I notify the hotel that I will be arriving after the check-in time?

Upon reserving there is a field that says "Requests & Extra Information" where you have an option to enter arrival information.

Does The Broome NYC have accessible areas?

Our Penthouse can accommodate handicap access, we also have a lift for wheelchair access from the ground floor up.
